Cardiac Rehab Run
About Cardiac Rehab Run
The Cardiac Rehab Run is an inspiring awareness program where patients who have recovered from heart ailments showcase their resilience and confidence by participating in a marathon. In addition to raising awareness, the Cardiac Rehab Run offers an opportunity to improve your physical and mental well-being, which can actively contribute to preventing heart diseases.
By running alongside fellow survivors, participants break barriers, shatter myths, and inspire others to embrace the journey of recovery with hope and determination. The Cardiac Rehab Run isn’t just a race—it’s a celebration of second chances and renewed strength.
