Our Mission
The Cardiac Rehab Run aims to prevent Young and Early Heart attacks through structured Cardiac Rehab services. Our mission is to restore the strength of heart attack survivors and encourage everyone to maintain good cardiovascular endurance.
Why Cardiac Endurance?
Cardiac endurance involves simple, rhythmic activities like walking, jogging, and running for extended periods. It’s a key factor in preventing heart attacks and ensuring a healthy life.
